Match a treating institution

Staff coordinate according to the condition, schedule and institution's criteria. An enquiry does not mean a hospital has accepted an appointment.

Confirm arrangements and costs

Confirm appointment timing, records, interpretation, budget and cancellation terms. Ask your insurer about reimbursement.

Travel and appointment support

Detailed directions follow confirmation. Private transport, hotels and accompaniment can be coordinated separately if needed.

Care and follow-up arrangements

The doctor explains next steps after assessment. Your coordinator can continue assisting with follow-up, report translation or cross-border arrangements.
