Documents and appointments

Your coordinator checks reports, images, medicines and translation needs. Oncology or complex conditions may require fuller records. Do not arrange travel solely from website information before acceptance is confirmed.

Arrange travel after acceptance is confirmed

After acceptance, your coordinator confirms the time, place, estimated fees and documents. Book flights, accommodation and local transport after key arrangements are confirmed in writing, and check each provider's cancellation terms.

After arriving in Japan

After confirmation, receive appointment details and directions. Private transport, hotels and accompaniment may be arranged separately. Specific arrangements are sent through your assigned coordinator.
