This website does not publish individual medical team members' names, photographs or biographies. Staff identification is displayed at the treating institution in accordance with Japanese institutional rules.

The treating institution assembles your care team

The treating institution assigns doctors, nurses and other professionals according to specialty, condition and staffing. TSM coordinates information and procedures without intervening in diagnosis, prescribing or treatment decisions.

Medical team information and identification

We do not publish medical team members' personal information. On arrival, patients can confirm staff identities under the institution's Japanese management rules.

Arrangements based on specialty and acceptance criteria

Your coordinator uses your records to arrange suitable care but cannot guarantee a particular doctor. Staffing, your condition and institutional arrangements may change the assigned clinician.

Medical interpreters support communication, not clinical decisions

Medical interpretation can support understanding of consultations, tests and consent discussions. Interpreters do not diagnose or recommend treatment. Ask the treating doctor directly if anything is unclear.
